Start of a new product family
The new tube chain TKA55 has been specially developed for use in environments with swarf and dust. The new design effectively prevents the ingress of foreign objects into the cable duct and provides excellent protection of the routed cables up to the connection area.
Due to the novel geometry of the chain links and 3-fold stroke system, the TKA55 has a long unsupported length and is simultaneously very resistant to torsion. Integrated glide runners also make it a first choice for gliding applications. Easy to open covers provide secure purchase, also when there are heavy mechanical loads, such as e.g. when using hydraulic cables.
The new chain is not only prominent through its technical attributes, but also through its revolutionary design which is convincing through styling and functionality. Thus, the smooth side contour of the conveyor effectively prevents adhesion of swarf.
